How true! I have had a lot of jobs that I disliked; I didn't stay there for long. I talk with a great number of people everyday, the amount of negative feed back is astounding. If you don't like what you are doing, go do something else... be happy with what you do and you will find that your life and attitude will get better too.
I enjoyed today's Kickstart, it tied in a bit with the discussion we had at my mastermind group yesterday, We were reading about "Decisions" and the importance of making decisions and then sticking to them, not being swayed by others opinions. Well, the discussion lead to the biggest fear about making a decision (taking risk) would be that you would experience "failure" if you made the wrong decision. And that public perception of "failure" is terrifying to some, me included. As a whole we have discussed in the past, how you shouldn't care what others think about you, but I find that hard to do, as so many others in the group. The consensus was that the only way you "fail" is if when you make a mistake you don't learn from it.
Now you have been pretty open with things that could have be perceived as failures in your life. What is your advice on getting over the fear of taking a risk and putting yourself out there, and going after what you want?
