True... it is the small things that matter. A simple smile, holding the door for someone, or just saying the two little words that make a difference... Thank you.
I recently was out at a store and I was making in a deliberate 'choice' to listen to conversations in the check out line. I noticed the people working there where not smiling, as I rarely heard anyone say thank you to these cashiers.
To simple words, two small things, but it brings a smile and bolsters enthusiasm.
You're welcome James and you are hitting it right on the head. It's the small things that matter the most. Remember the video that I did about my wife fixing my zipper on my backpack? I'll remember that tiny little thing forever.
Mike, Unbelievable! It's good to see and hear you again. I met you in December of 2006 when I was in sales for Regal Boats, and completed your Revelations Training program. It's difficult to find as good of a motivational resource as you have been for me and many others. I'm very glad to once again have that resource, by way of your kickstart website. Kudos to you, and keep up the great work!
