Ever wondered what I might look like when "Star Struck"?
Apr 11 Ok, now this is what I call EXCITING stuff! Think for just a minute about this...if you could meet any single hero of your's, who would it be? Think of your favorite celebrity or sports hero. How cool would it be to get to sit down and talk with them one on one and ask them about anything you wanted?
If you've never had this opportunity before and you don't really know what it feels like, fret not, I can now tell you! That's right, I just had a miraculous, face drooling, pants wetting, heart racing, bug eyed opportunity to sit down with not one, but TWO of my super heroes! But wait, it gets BETTER because not only did I get a chance to sit down and chat like I was one of their bros, but I got to catch both interviews on camera for Kickstart Baby....YAHOOOOO! That's right and they were both so generous with their time that we'll never be able to fit the interviews into one Kickstart video, so it looks like they will each be "triple" play interviews...that's 3 x the FUN factor.
Now you must be wondering..."Who in the world did Mike get to interview?" Too bad, so sad, I'm not telling ya! But you can guess if you'd like. In fact, if you have a guess, just post it as a comment on this blog entry. I'll give you a hint. One of them has been talked about almost every weekend for the past several months on CBS Sports Sunday coverage. The other one won a Gold Medal in the X-Games and several other Championships and they are both in different sports.
These videos are coming soon, so stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled. Speaking of keeping your eyes peeled, wait til you see my eyes during one of the interviews...I was a bit start struck and it's absolutely hilarious for me to watch it. Also, you're going to get to hear some very important things about success in these interviews. It's going to be exciting!
